Block Build

Production of foam concrete blocks for low-rise construction
economical and warm houses. We also supply concrete, sand, crushed stone, gravel, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks (AAC), rolled metal products.

Foam concrete blocks

Started construction? What to build a house from?
Construction from foam block houses are one of the best, fastest and most economical options, since price on foam blocks is lower than for other building materials.

At the same time, foam concrete blocks have such properties as reliability, low thermal conductivity, fast installation, noise insulation, cost-effectiveness, fire safety, environmental friendliness, the possibility of obtaining a wide range of densities: 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200.

If you have chosen foam concrete blocks for building a house and you have questions:
Where to buy foam blocks? Foam block price? Delivery of foam blocks? Call!

The “Block Build” company produces foam blocks reinforced with fiber (fiber foam concrete blocks), and we also supply gas silicate blocks. We strive for long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation, and, first of all, we care about the quality of our products. Each foam block undergoes mandatory quality control and complies with GOST.

Our company sells and delivery of foam blocks, cement and aerated concrete blocks to Moscow and cities of the Moscow region and other cities of Russia.

Foam blocks. Foam concrete. Fiber foam concrete blocks.

Foam block – it is a building block, which is obtained by pouring foam concrete into molds of the desired size.

Foam blocks

Foam concrete – lightweight cellular concrete obtained by curing a mortar consisting of cement, sand, water and a foaming agent. The foaming agent provides the necessary content and uniform distribution of air in the concrete. It combines the advantages of stone and wood: strength, lightness, machinability and nailability and does not need to be combined with other building materials.

It can be plastered, upholstered with clapboard or other material, painted with facade paints in any color. The ability to obtain the required specific gravity, a given strength, the necessary thermal resistance, the desired shape and volume make it attractive for the manufacture of a wide range of building products. This product can be used as a structural and thermal insulation material. From the point of view of durability, foam concrete, unlike mineral wool and foam plastics that lose their properties, only improves their thermal insulation and strength characteristics over time.

Fiber foam concrete blocks

Fiber foam concrete blocks – made by adding fiber to the solution. As a result of mixing, polypropylene fibers are evenly distributed throughout the volume of the mixture and reinforce it in all directions. This process allows optimizing the structure of fiber foam concrete, which helps prevent the development of internal defects.
Advantages of reinforced foam block:

  • Increases the resistance of concrete to mechanical stress
  • Increases abrasion resistance
  • Increases the tensile strength of foam concrete in bending
  • Eliminates the appearance of plastic deformations, cracks, peeling of the surface
  • Increases frost resistance
  • Increases water resistance due to the blocking of foam concrete capillaries by fiber fibers

What foam blocks do you need?

Depending on the purpose of foam concrete blocks and their operating conditions, foam blocks are divided into grades, which directly depends on the density of foam blocks, i.e. how much does 1m3/kg weigh. The lower the density of concrete, the better its heat and sound insulation, the higher the density, the better the strength of the foam block.

To choose a foam block, you need to understand for what purpose it will be used. For example, if you are going to build a multi-storey house, then you need to use structural foam block D900-D1200, for low-rise construction (dacha, cottage), heat-insulating structural foam blocks D600-D800, and for internal partitions, heat-insulating foam concrete blocks D400, D500. More foam concrete blocks have strength characteristics. Thus, the foam block of the D500 brand can be both heat-insulating and heat-insulating-structural.

According to the density, the following grades of foam concrete are distinguished:

  • Thermal insulation: D300, D350, D400, D500;
  • Structural and heat-insulating: D500, D600, D700, D800, D900;
  • Structural: D1000, D1100, D1200;
